As the Founder of Larry Rosenthal & Associates, Inc., Larry began his career in Labor Relations and worked for Dunhill Inc. in the early years. He went on to Orion Executive Search, a firm out of Coronado, California, where he developed a unique approach to recruiting. He then went on to establishing Larry Rosenthal & Associates, Inc. where he has applied his vision of complimenting individual companies with talent that is customized both technologically and through a company’s corporate culture. His unique approach has had a major influence on building the foundation for many technology companies. The establishment of long term relationships is a by-product of Larry’s approach, both with company officials and candidates, many of whom he has known for years.
